This is a draft set of terms, provided for transparency about how the platform is meant to be used. It has not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel — please review it with a lawyer before relying on it as a binding agreement.
By creating an account or using Dundlo Recruiter Portal ("Dundlo", "the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you're registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
Dundlo is a pre-hire assessment platform. It provides role-specific assessments and computes an advisory fit score from candidate performance. Fit scores and AI-generated content are decision support, not a hiring decision, and not a guarantee of any outcome for a company or a candidate.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Companies are responsible for the recruiters and team members they invite onto their account.
You may not use Dundlo to create hiring criteria based on nationality, religion, gender, age, marital or family status, pregnancy, or disability, or for any other unlawful discriminatory purpose. You may not attempt to access another company's or candidate's data, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
The Dundlo platform, its assessment content, and its branding are our property. Content you submit (your profile, your job postings, your responses) remains yours — you're granting us the license needed to operate the platform on your behalf.
Assessment content, including AI-generated job descriptions and screening questions, is provided as a drafting aid and is reviewed by the recruiter before use — Dundlo does not guarantee its accuracy or suitability without that review. The platform is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
