Every candidate completes the same role-specific assessment battery. Each module is scored, then weighted into a single fit score for that role. Recruiters see the ranked shortlist plus a per-module breakdown behind each score — it's a decision aid, never an automatic accept or reject.

Assessments are currently delivered in English. Arabic-language assessment content is on the roadmap but is not available yet — we would rather tell you that plainly than imply a capability we have not built.

Yes — a recruiter can attach an optional custom assessment to a job posting. Questions are AI-generated from the posting's own details, and a recruiter reviews and approves each one before any candidate ever sees it.

No. Fit scores are advisory. Nothing on Dundlo automatically rejects an applicant — every hiring decision is made by the recruiter.
