Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy describes how the Dundlo platform is actually built and what data it actually handles. It is a draft, provided for transparency, and has not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel — please review it with a lawyer before relying on it for real compliance purposes.

1. Introduction

This policy explains what information Dundlo Recruiter Portal ("Dundlo", "we", "us") collects from companies, recruiters, and candidates who use the platform, why we collect it, and how it's protected.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, and preferred language.
  • Company details: registration information, trade license/TRN, company profile fields provided at sign-up.
  • Candidate profile details: education, experience, skills, salary expectations, and career preferences.
  • Candidate identity details, where provided: nationality, date of birth, gender, visa status, and government ID numbers (Emirates ID / passport). These specific fields are stored encrypted, not as plain text.
  • Assessment responses and the scores computed from them.
  • Messages you send us directly, such as through our Contact form.

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate the platform: matching candidates to the assessments a job role requires, computing fit scores, letting recruiters review applications, and letting companies manage their job postings and team. We do not use candidate assessment data for any purpose beyond the application(s) a candidate has actually submitted.

4. Who sees your data

We do not sell personal data. A candidate's application (profile, assessment results, fit score) is visible to the company they applied to. A company's Organizational Fit survey responses are visible only within that company and, in aggregate, to Dundlo's own platform administrators for support purposes.

5. Data security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Government ID numbers are encrypted at rest. Access to candidate and company data is role-restricted within the platform.

6. Your rights

You can review and update most of your profile information directly from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
